Over 500,000 Brownfields In The US E-mail

According to EPA estimations, there are between 500,000 and one million brownfields that tarnish the landscapes of communities across the United States of America.

Brownfields are sites that are abandoned or underdeveloped because hazardous waste, pollutants or contaminants have been placed on it and/ or buried in it.One such sadly famous example in the US is Love Canal. Find out if there are hazardous waste sites near you, and more, by clicking here.
